    Good sound and well crafted coils. It works for my exactly 160cm Berimbau but could be about 10cm longer for my taste (barely wraps around once). Can't say anything about durability yet.

    Most wire that I've used so far was made from old car tires - that's what I learnt from my Mestre. This is different, fresh industrial wire that's smoother and straighter. It has a clearer sounds, less "metallic" and more tonal. I like it though, it emphasises the melody over the rhythm, which works well especially for a media and viola
