We sell berimbau instruments and accessories, including caxixi, dobrao, baqueta, verga, arame, and cabaca. All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT within the European Union.
For orders outside the EU, VAT is not charged. Customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply upon delivery, which are not included at the time of order placement. These fees are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Berimbaushop.com has no control over customs procedures or fees.

4. Ordering and Payment

Orders can be placed through our secure webshop. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other options displayed at checkout. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is dispatched. Delivery within the EU typically takes 3–7 business days.

6. Cancellation Policy (EU Consumers)

In accordance with EU consumer rights, customers residing in the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing by email at contact@berimbaushop.com before the cancellation period expires.
You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods in unused, original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

8. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), a refund will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@berimbaushop.com with photos and a description. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

10. Limitation of Liability

Berimbaushop.com is not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or force majeure events. Any indirect or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of our products are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Berimbau Verga Wood Breakage Disclaimer

All berimbau verga woods are individually tested and inspected before shipping to ensure they meet our quality standards. However, once received, we cannot control how the verga is handled, tuned, or bent during the berimbau setup process. Wood is a natural material, and improper tensioning or handling may lead to breakage.

In the rare case that a verga breaks during setup, we offer a one-time replacement free of charge. However, the shipping cost for the replacement verga must be covered by the buyer.
